Welcome to Stelink Global Accelerator (hereinafter referred to as "Stelink" or "the Service"). This Auto-Renewal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and Stelink regarding the use of the Apple App Store subscription service (auto-renewal). Please read and fully understand this Agreement carefully, especially the clauses concerning auto-renewal, fee deduction, and cancellation methods.

⚡ Auto-Renewal Service Explanation

Service Name: Stelink Global Accelerator Membership. Implemented via payment method linked to the App Store.
Auto-Renewal Rule: This service is an auto-renewable subscription. After you successfully subscribe, before the end of each subscription period (monthly/yearly), your Apple iTunes account will be automatically charged to extend the corresponding validity period. Renewal will proceed automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Charge Time & Channel: Within the 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, Apple will deduct the fee for the next period from your iTunes account (Apple ID). Upon successful charge, the subscription period will be automatically extended by one period.
Canceling Auto-Renewal: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in the App Store. The specific path is: Open "Settings" on your iPhone/iPad → Tap [Your Apple ID] at the top → Tap "Subscriptions" → Find "Stelink Global Accelerator" → Tap "Cancel Subscription". Note: If you cancel within 24 hours before the subscription period ends, the current service will remain active, but you will not be charged for the next period.

* All prices include applicable taxes. Stelink reserves the right to adjust prices, but any price changes will be announced on the App Store subscription page, and subscribed users will receive a reminder from iTunes before renewal.

🔔 Important Notice

✓ The auto-renewal service is provided by Apple, which handles the payment and deduction process. You can manage or cancel the renewal through your iTunes settings.

✓ By purchasing a continuous subscription product, you authorize Apple to deduct the corresponding amount from your Apple ID account when the next subscription period approaches.

✓ If you fail to turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, the corresponding deduction will not be refundable. Please operate carefully based on your needs.

🔁 General Terms & Amendments

Scope of Agreement: This Agreement is considered a supplementary agreement to the Stelink User Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and has the same legal effect as those documents. In case of conflict between this Agreement and the main agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

Amendments & Termination: Stelink reserves the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with legal and regulatory changes or business adjustments. The modified agreement will be published in the app or on the official website. If you continue to use the auto-renewal service after modifications are posted, it will be deemed acceptance of the changes. You may terminate auto-renewal at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law or regulation).

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I was charged but feel the service is problematic, how can I get a refund?
A: Auto-renewal charges are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through official Apple channels (reportaproblem.apple.com). Stelink customer support can assist by providing order information, but the final decision rests with Apple.

Q: I canceled my subscription, why can I still use the membership?
A: After canceling, you can still use the accelerator normally during the current paid period until it ends. Renewal will not occur after that.

Q: How can I view my renewal history?
A: Your iTunes account will receive emails or receipts from Apple. You can also view all records in "Settings" → "Subscriptions".

Apple Auto-Renewal Standard Description: This service utilizes Apple's auto-renewable subscription mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that the iTunes account provided by Apple will automatically deduct the corresponding fees to complete the renewal near the end of each subscription period. Unless you or Stelink terminate the auto-renewal before the subscription expires, the auto-renewal will continue. You understand and accept that Stelink is not liable for breach of contract due to delayed or failed charges caused by force majeure, cyber attacks, or Apple system failures, but will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolution.
